Core Workout and getting stronger!
Spending day after day on the bike or in the pool, running countless miles, might drive you nuts. So on the days that you have a core workout session head to a Gracie Academy for some Jui-Jitsu training. Why not branch out and learn something new, strengthen your tendons and find your center. The Gracie's have been doing it since 1925, family owned and taught, you can't say that about to many places. Size and strength are not a factor, learning the moves and getting taped out will teach you and help you progress.
